Music Express helped the community of Candlewick Lake celebrate the start of the summer season. The Dockside Bar & Grill had a great rib and chicken buffet special and the aroma coming from the kitchen made your mouth water!

There were all sorts of activities going on. People were flying kites, boating, tubing, swimming, and just relaxing and enjoying the weather. As usual, Music Express provided the music, karaok, and games. Everyone was impressed with the little girl who won the hula hoop contest. She was so good we kept adding hoops just to see how many she could keep going. Believe it or not that little girl was able to keep 5 hula hoops going at one time! Once again we played Trivia and handed out Mardi Gras necklaces and prizes. Everyone had a great time and we're looking forward to seeing everyone again on June 16th for Dockside's Fathers Day Celebration.

The Fathers Day Celebration is going to be a great time with food specials going on all day. Music Express will be providing the music, karaoke, and games. This would be a great opportunity for all you singers to practice for the big Karaoke Contest coming up on Friday July 6th. The contest is open to all ages and the winner of the Karaoke Contest will be singing with the BOOZE BROTHERS on Saturday July 7th!!
