MUSIC EXPRESS KARAOKE & DJ SERVICE entertained again this year for the Blackhawk Curling Club. We look forward to this event all year. To say this group knows how to have a good time would be an understatement!

The evening started off with cocktails and appetizers while the members socialized. A great buffet was catered and everyone enjoyed their meals. After dinner comes the time everyone looks forward to when each group comes up to put on their skit. This years theme was "The Academy Awards". There was an "MC" to announce the title of the "show" and a group of Judges who decided which show and what actors and actresses would win an Academy Award. We're glad that we didn't have to help judge because they were all fantastic! One group did "The Godfather". While his "vice" knelt at his knees weeping even the Godfather could hardly keep from laughing as his "vice" pulled kleenex after kleenex out of her bra to wipe away her tears. Another crowd favorite was "Gone With The Wind". Scarlett and her girlfriend held a hilarious conversation with Master Bates and Private Parts involving sitting on big decks and drinking lemonade. Oh and we can't forget Rocky who grossed out the entire crowd by having a "fight" with Apollo Creed that consisted of seeing who could drink the most cartons of Eggbeaters the fastest....EWWWWW!!!

After the group shows MUSIC EXPRESS opened up the dance floor and started the karaoke. When the song Y.M.C.A. started we had an indian, cowboy, and construction worker lead the dancers. As usual the evening was a total blast and everyone hated to see the party end.

MUSIC EXPRESS would like to thank the Blackhawk Curling Club for inviting us back again this year and we look forward to seeing you all again next year!
